"HOW YOU CAN FUNDRAISE” FOR MJCC

Please be assured that a gift of any size to Merseyside Jewish Community Care will help enhance the quality of life of many vulnerable people.

MJCC is a welfare charity that subsidises services to help improve people’s lives.  This charity needs volunteers who are willing to raise funds in a variety of ways on behalf of MJCC.  For example you can get involved with a fundraising project as an individual or with friends:

  • Marathon

  • 5K Scouse Fun Run

  • Coffee morning

  • Come dine with me

  • Car wash

  • Concert/play

  • Car boot sale

  • Bike ride

  • Motor cycle challenge

  • Car rally

  • Golf day

Tracy and Paul Bowles, keen supporters of MJCC took on the epic journey of Lands End to John O’Groats loop on a motorcycle challenge in support of MJCC.  They raised an amazing £2,000

MJCC’s staff completed the Scouse Fun Run in 2016 and 2017 and raised £2,000 for dementia support services.

Nathan Blank ran a half marathon in support of MJCC raising almost £1,000 to help fund welfare services.

Two intrepid adventurers headed off by car to Africa to take part in the 2015 Timbuktu Challenge and whilst doing they raised money for charities both here in Liverpool and also in Africa.

The nominated charities in Liverpool included Merseyside Jewish Community Care (MJCC).

When the donation pages closed on 12 May 2015, the combined total raised for charities from both online and direct donations was in excess of £2,600.
